According to twitter user resident in Lagos @Stunner_Guy, a primary school teacher did that to his neighbour’s child yesterday. He, however, didn’t give much detail on how exactly the eye injury happened.
He wrote
“Take a look at what a primary school teacher did to my neighbour’s child today, its disheartening. What can we we do? Help!”
