The lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency in Osun State, Adeyemi Adewumi, popularly known as Irekandu, has hailed the state governor, Sen. Ademola Adeleke, for paying the salary arrears he inherited from past administrations, AMILOADED reports.

According to the lawmaker, Senator Adeleke has again proved his undying love for Osun workers following his decision to clear the salary arrears despite the financial situation of the state.
Irekandu while describing the move as a great relief for thousands of Osun workers said the governor has not only given joy and hope to the people but also contributed positively to the economic growth of the state.
He also thanked Governor Adeleke for fulfilling his promises, describing him as “a man of conscience and a good heart”.
