Crownrise Development Initiative Sensitises Traders On PVC Collection In Osun

The Crownrise Development Initiative has held a Voters Awareness Campaign to sensitise traders in Osun State on the collection of Permanent Voters Card (PVC) ahead of the 2023 general election, AMILOADED reports.

The campaign was held at Ifon Market in Orolu Local Government Area of Osun State on Wednesday.

The CDI Executive Director, Mr Ajala Adetunji, who led the team, urged market women who recently registered for their PVCs to endeavour they collect it and vote credible candidates in the forthcoming general elections.

“Before you can vote in Nigeria, you must have your Permanent Voters Card (PVC); so it is fundamental that as citizens, we must possess that instrument that makes us eligible to perform our Civic duty,” he said.

Adetunji stated that anyone who registered for a voters card and yet to collect it can get it in all Independent National Electoral Commission offices across the Local Government Areas of Osun State.

He also admonished the traders not to sell their votes during the 2023 general elections but Vote for credible candidates of their choice.
