A 45-year old Ipetu Ijesa born politician, Faduri Oluwadare Joseph, has informed New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) stakeholders in Osun state of his intention to run for the nation’s presidency in 2023.
At a meeting held at the NNPP secretariat in Osogbo, Faduri said it is high time old people were sent parking from political space of this country to enable fresh hands that will bring the desired transformation to every sector.
As a Sociology graduate, Faduri stressed that his mission is to rescue, rebuild and restore Nigeria’s lost glory.
He promised to put the best of experts together, both home and abroad and see what is the problem of the epileptic power supply in Nigeria.
According to him, “We will look into resolving it phase by phase first in the first year to achieve a 12HR daily stable power then gradually move to 24hr power supply to all Nigerian and we will lighting up all major highway roads in the country.
“We will create a world standard hospital in each State and the federal capital at low income affordable rate for all Nigerians and discourage people from traveling abroad for medical treatment.
“Healthcare will be free for all children and senior citizens from 62yrs old and widows. No Nigerian would be turned back from hospital when they need medical treatment. Medical personnels will get international standard training to compete with the rest of the world”
Faduri, the CEO of F Planet Groups which comprises of F Planet movies, F Planet music, F Planet foundations and F Planet Healthcare stressed that police and their immediate family members will get free health insurance.
While introducing him to the state executives of NNPP, Apostle peter O Blessed (Osun East Senatorial Chairman ) said youth should be supported to paddle the affairs of Nigeria at this comatose stage.
In his remarks, the state chairman of the party, Dr Tosin Odeyemi, eulogized Faduri for the courage he has to challenge the status quo in the country and promised to work with him being a son of the soil.
