Former Taraba state commissioner for information and reorientation, Barrister Anthony Danburan is dead,
A family source who confirmed the report said Danburam died following protracted illness.
His family said, he died on Saturday evening at his residence in Jalingo, Taraba state capital.
Late Danburan was a one time speaker of Taraba State House Of Assembly and a member representing Lau constituency in the state Assembly.
He was also a one time Council chairman of Lau LG in Taraba state.
He was also appointed commissioner for information and orientation by Governor Darius Ishaku in 2015.
In 2019, Late Danburan resigned his position and contested for a seat in the state House of Assembly which he lost.
