Osun Partners With Technological Firm To Train OYES Cadets On Digital Skills

Osun State Government in partnership with a technological firm, Self-Worth Technologies has trained members of the Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme (OYES) on basic digital skills.

Participants of the training at Ijebu-jesha Oriade local Government Area of the state on Friday expressed joy at such exposure and privilege.

AMILOADED gathered that the training was part of the plan of the state government to empower youths under OYES.

The OYES cadets were trained on Web Design; 

Digital Marketing; Blogging; Freelancing; Mini importation and Search Engine Optimisation

The two-week-training started on Monday 3rd of February, 2020.

In a chat with AMILOADED after the training, one of the OYES cadets thanked the state government for availing the opportunity to acquire the skills.

“We really appreciate the State government for given us opportunity to acquire skills that are useful for our personal and financial development. 

“We also appreciate the Self-Worth Technologies team for their time and ability to dispense more than expected from them. This training stand out to be the best of all the training that Osun State Youth Empowerment Scheme have brought to us.”

Also speaking, the Chief Executive Officer of Self-Worth Technologies, Mr Hassan Mikail, said the training will be moving to other local government areas in the State.
