The incumbent chairman of the Social Democratic Party, Osun State Chapter, Bayo Faforiji has resigned from his position.
The State’s Party chairman in his resignation letter which he tendered today and made available to Amiloaded News revealed that his voluntary resignation is as a result of his ideological perspective and value which he said are different from that of the party. According to him, ” I have come to realize the requirement of my office as state chairman and member of the party in the current circumstances, are at variance with the value that I believe in, and wish to protect for as long as God gives me sustenance”.
In the letter, Faforiji thank and appreciated all the national working committee and members of the party in Osun for their support and love they showed him when he was in office.
He however wished the party progress in all its undertakings in the nearest future
