The Member, House of Assembly Elect in Oke Ero constituency in Kwara State – Hon.(Sir) Adetiba -Olanrewaju Raphael Olalekan,KSM has prayed for a better Nigeria where love, unity and genuine brotherhood will reign supreme as witnessed during the just concluded 29 days of fasting.
This was contained in a congratulatory message he sent to Muslims faithfuls from his constituency by his media assistance in one hand and across the globe on the other hand on the successful completion of 1440AH fasting month of Ramadan with careful observance of all its rules and features.
According to the Member of kwara House of Assembly from Oke ERO State Constituency, the just concluded Ramadan has taught us many lessons that will change our country for better as we move to the next level if we can continue with the good gestures we extended to ourselves during the sacred month.
The statement reads in part, “It is heartwarming that the just concluded Ramadan witnessed various degree of hands of fellowship, material supports and mutual relationship across the length and breath of Nigeria from politicians to the masses, rich to the poor and Christians to Muslims despite the obvious political differences, ethnicity questions and religious tension in the land. This new healing gesture must continue after Ramadan in order to have a better Nigeria we all clamour for.
Sir Raphael as fondly called by his people said all the sacrifices made during the precious month can only be meaningful when all the lessons learnt continue to reflect in our lives for the remaining eleven months of the years and throughout our lifetime.
Hon. Adetiba while wishing his people from Oke Ero state constituency, kwara state , Nigeria and across the world; Happy Eidl-Fitri, he prayed to Almighty Allah to accept all the sacrifices, prayers and good deeds done as an act of accepted worship both here and hereafter.
