The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented the Certificate of Return to President Muhammadu Buhari.
INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakub presented the certificate of return the same day President elect, Muhammadu Buhari was declared winner of the 2019 Presidential Election.
Prof. Yemi Osinbajo also received the certificate of return as vice president.
