The deputy governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party in Osun state, Azeez Yemi Lawal has said that the ticket he jointly holds with the party’s candidate, Senator Iyiola Omisore is for the restoration of the state.
Speaking at a brief interactive session with media practitioners in Osogbo on Thursday, Lawal said SDP will restore the lost glory of the state when elected at the September 22nd governorship poll.
He lashed at the administrationof Governor Rauf Aregbesola saying the present government has been very lazy and unproductive.
“Myself and Senator Omisore are here to restore the lost glory of osun because the present government is very lazy,” he argued.
Lawal, a 36-year old man from Apomu in Isokan local government area of Osun is a graduate of Demographic and statistics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
