How to Stop Masturbation and other Bad Habits

It’s easy to start a bad habit but the problem goes down to how to bring an end to it. It seems so hard that at times people just give up and take it as their fate. And always it doesn’t go down well as the evil habit also leaves a bad legacy behind.

Such bad habit range from Masturbation, Smoking, Taking drugs etc.

I will take Masturbation as a case of study on tips on how to control and stop the Habit.

At times I laugh when I hear chronic Wankers say they have suddenly stop the Habit, it’s just a matter of time and they will dive back into it.

No time to waste let’s help some souls out there.

1. Determination And Fear of God

It goes down to how eager you are to stop it, what measures have you taken to stop it, Do you feel that guilt after wanking ?
It’s the first attribute one needs to have to say no to such habit. Without Determination  all effort will be in vain as you won’t have any drive to keep you going.

Also know that nothing is ever hidden from the Most High, and in order not always fall into the temptation, one should be watchful not to sin and pray to have strength to overcome temptation

2. What Tempts you to Wank.
 Its also important to know what makes you to wank. Is it Pornography, ladies with sexy wears, Romance Novels, pictures. You need to know what trigger you then you can tackle it.
Once you are sure of it you then you can start killing the plant by uprooting it by it’s root.

If it’s Porn then you should reduce it as Porn and wanks works together then to stop Wanking  You need to stop Porn.
If its looking at sexy ladies. You should avoid where they gather, prostitute joints, club house. Its not possible to avoid them all but at least caution oneself and look away.
Romance Novels and Articles are all over as it is almost free. Just your data, but you need discipline to overcome the temptation of reading it.
At times with enough data and nothing important to do, Pornography sites and romance article comes to mind and also ads that spring up and down.
One need Determination ,discipline and fear of God to overcome them.

3. This is where every effort is directed to, It is also called the withdrawal method. (it also works for other Bad habits like Smoking)
this is not s quick stop to Wanking but it will gradually make your brain adjust and get used to the changes.

Some people are so addicted to it that they do an average of 5-8  times a day. Here let’s work this way.

1. You need that Determination and Fear of God
2. You need to put a stop on what triggers you to Wank

3. You need to gradually reduce it. Learn to condition your self to reduce it depends on how many times you do per day, you can condition your self to make it 3 times per day, ” M.A.N” it’s never an easy race but with Determination.
Its like a gift to the brain. Tell it to be patient that once its afternoon you wank, Surely the urge will come during the evening time.. condition the brain to be patient till its night.

Continously you see the brain slowing adjusting. Then when you see yourself adjusting to the “M.A.N” you make it 1 per day . It’s another challenge to the brain as it is gradually getting used to M.A.N. But your determination to be able to control your body not your body controlling you will help.
Then slowly take it to two days intervals, weekends then two weeks then every Month end.

It’s never an easy ride but its one of the best way to gradually drop the habit. Also note it’s in the process to stop the Habit that temptation will come the more. You Will also have wet dreams as the body is used to steady release and it hasn’t experienced it so it has to release naturally.

I hope this will work as it has worked for many, Just your determination, have the fear of God to caution you, Stop what triggers you and gradually withdraw from it.
